Welcome to the services provided by galaxyzw.com ("the Website"). The Website is operated by the GalaxyZW team ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Website and related tools (including but not limited to the PureBlur browser extension), you agree to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please stop using the Website and related services.

2. Service Description

The Website provides browser extension tools and online tools ("Tools") designed to help users protect private information while browsing the web. Tools are offered in two modes: a 14-day full-feature trial and paid purchase. Specific feature differences are detailed in the plans published on each Tool's page.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users may not use the Tools for any illegal activities, including but not limited to bypassing website security measures or concealing illegal content.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their License Key. Losses resulting from key disclosure are borne solely by the user.
  • Users may not reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass the Tools' license verification mechanisms.

4. Disclaimer

  • The blur effects provided by the Tools are implemented using browser CSS technology and cannot guarantee 100% privacy protection. In extreme cases (such as browser rendering anomalies or screen recording software compatibility issues), blur effects may fail. Users should verify recording results themselves.
  • We do not guarantee Tool compatibility with all websites. Some websites may not support blur effects properly due to technical reasons.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, cyber attacks, service maintenance, or similar events.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, documentation, and trademarks of the Website and Tools are owned by us. Purchasing an official license grants you a right to use (License), not ownership. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content of the Website or Tools without written permission.

6. Refund Policy

Since the Tools are digital software products, we generally do not provide refunds once the License Key is delivered. Please take full advantage of the free trial period to verify functionality before purchase. See our Refund Policy page for details.

7. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified terms will be published on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be notified via website announcement or email.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court for adjudication.
