Refund Principle

Since the tools provided by GalaxyZW (such as the PureBlur browser extension) are digital software products, once the License Key is sent and delivery is completed, we generally do not provide refund services. This is because the nature of digital goods makes them impossible to 'return' like physical goods.

Pre-purchase Recommendations

To ensure your satisfaction with the product, we strongly recommend that before making a purchase, you:

  • Take full advantage of the 14-day full-feature free trial period to verify if the tool meets your needs.
  • Confirm the tool's compatibility with your commonly used browsers and target websites.
  • Read the product documentation and FAQ to understand functional limitations.

Exceptions

Although refunds are generally not supported, you may apply for special consideration in the following extreme cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have made multiple successful payments for the same product due to technical reasons.
  • Delivery Failure: If you do not receive the License Key within 24 hours of payment and customer service cannot resolve the delivery issue after verification.
