What is Column Blur

Column Blur is one of PureBlur's advanced features, designed specifically for table data. Hover over any table cell, and column selection buttons automatically appear — one click blurs the entire column. Supports both native HTML tables and div-based simulated tables.

How to Use

• Open the PureBlur control panel
• Hover over any cell in the table
• Column selection buttons appear above or to the left of the cell
• Click the button to blur all data in that column
• Click again to remove the blur

Smart Header Detection

PureBlur intelligently detects header rows, ensuring header text is not blurred (only data rows). This protects data privacy while preserving the readability of table structure during screen recording.
